Approval of the facility of a selected supplier
- Based on the needs of the customer for production, identifying the suitable facility at the supplier premises.
- Performing quality audits, SHE audits at the suppliers facility based on customer needs.
The quality audits would be done to assess the contractors’ commitment to the international standards of quality like ISO, cGMP etc.
A comprehensive SHE audit would give a detailed picture about the company’s safety policy and practices, waste disposal and treatments. Regular follow up audits would guarantee safe manufacturing practices, minimal waste production, efficient use of energy resources and lower cost, by identifying all potential waste sources and assessing their environmental impact – ideally eliminating these risks from the manufacturing process.
- If the available facility is suitable for carrying out the manufacture, giving detailed recommendation about the site to the supplier.
